POEM The GREAT Indian Market Place

Pandu visited Indian Pandora,
Peeta usne khoob dhindora,
Kehta aao tumhe khel dikhayein,
Chalo Bharat Desh ka haal sunaayein.
Kahan gaye wo golden days,
Listen carefully, what Pandu says.
It's my India, it's my land,
GDP here is really grand.
But for poor, scene is bad,
Richer smiles, poor is sad.
Inflation se hai har koi behaal,
Taxes ka hai faila jaal.
Corruption baithi muh falaaye,
Innocent Pandu bye bye.
Parliament mein bhi baithe hain chor,
Kuch hain bikau, kuch rishvatkhor.
Breaking News is full of scandal,
Enormous cases, which courts can't handle.
Politicians play a dirty game,
Lots of scam, but still no shame.
Common wealth ko samajh k common,
Kha gaye usko kitne raavan.
Kashmir ka ye youth berozgaar,
Karta rahe police pe, pathro k waar,
Naxalites ki ye jo fight,
Methodology wrong but thinking right,
Aaloo baingan bhi hai beemaar,
Chemicals bhare inmein hazaar.
Rate hai fruits ka ekdam high,
Par kha k inko energy naa aaye,
Injection se jo pakein ye fruit,
Dikhte acche, andar jhooth.
Inflation is on a real high,
Empty pockets, public cry.
Badta jaaye har taraf, Real Estate,
But for poor there is no space
